This policy describes how Commissioned Tech, Inc. ("Commissioned", "we") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use Commissioned, our websites, and related services (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, password or identity provider details, and workspace settings you provide when you create an account.

Customer content. Data you connect to or upload into the Service, including data from systems you integrate. You control this content; we process it to provide the Service on your instructions.

Usage and device data. Log data, browser and device information, and product analytics events that tell us how the Service is used.

Payment information. Billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service
  • Monitor performance, debug issues, and analyze product usage
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. How we share information

We share personal information with the subprocessors we use to run the Service (a current list is published in our trust center), with professional advisers where required, in connection with a corporate transaction, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and product analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the Service to function.

5. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Customer content is retained according to your plan and deleted or returned on termination. A signable data processing addendum is available on request.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to support@commissioned.tech.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at support@commissioned.tech to exercise these rights. If we process your information on behalf of one of our customers, contact that customer first; we will support their response.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there and in the locations of our subprocessors. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. For material changes we will provide additional notice, such as email.
